Create the drawings

This next step is up to the architect - creating a set of drawings that deliver the home plan you're looking for. We always interact with the architect you choose to ensure that the plans are just right.

Draw up a contract

There are plenty of options when it comes to a contract, from cost plus to stipulated sum. Our goal is to find the best fit for you - so we're happy to talk out what each type means, along with the pros and cons.

If you're coming to us with plans, we promise to get you a price back within a week.

Determine payment plan

With many builders, you're paying a significant amount of padding just to keep the lights on in their large office. You'll find that we deliver both the highest in quality and one of the most competitive prices in our market.

Make adjustments

Before we start building, we make sure everything is ready. That includes staking out the house and often, adjusting the plans to improve the elevation or orientation.

Begin building

We secure all the necessary permits and deliver three schedules to you. The construction schedule outlines general time frames. The selection schedule lets you choose your home finishings. The draw schedule helps you understand where money is going throughout the process.

Finish building

Unlike many custom builders, we are involved in all day-to-day construction activity. You can expect us onsite every workday. Every member of our building team is committed to quality work and to your dream home vision.

Tour your new home

Once all building has finished, we'll walk you through your home, introducing you to the features and finishes you've selected. We'll carefully create a thorough to-do list. Our dedicated finish team will ensure your home is perfect.
